Shipping & Returns

All of our jewelry is made to order and we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for production and processing.  Please be mindful of the dates if you are in need of it arriving by a specific time.  We are not responsible for any delay due to weather or issues with the delivery carrier.

Please read all descriptions and check measurements before purchasing.



We only accept delivery addresses within the United States of America, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.


If for some reason your item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at with proof of said damage for review and return authorization.


Your purchase must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them.  We do not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping/tracking costs.


The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

We do not refund shipping/tracking fees on return items.

Please allow us 5-7 business days to conduct our investigation and a store credit will be provided should the item be found faulty.


All store credits must be used within the designated time frames and we are not responsible for any unused credits. Once a return is granted, please pack your return in the original box, include a copy of the sale invoice with a copy of your authorized return receipt. Return your order with an insured courier that provides tracking & retain your receipt.


We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


Items must be shipped back to us within 5 business days.


Returns after the 5 day period are only eligible for store credit up to 14 business days after the return has been authorized.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at with your order number in the subject line and reason for cancellation.



Please note that in the interest of security, an adult over the age of 21 must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.
